Teach your New Oriflame Consultant how to sell

One of the biggest mistakes made by Direct Selling companies is to try to turn every Recruit into a Recruiter.
Firstly, we need to teach and train them how to ‘Retail’ and make money, so that they, in turn, can teach their eventual Recruits to do the same. So, below are some pointers to help your new Recruit start to build their Business:
1. Go through our Catalogue and choose pages for:
* Products for people with sensitive skin
* Products for Mums, 40+ and 50+
* Products for people with mature skin – 55+
* Products for young people, teens, problem skin
* Products for Dads – (aftershaves etc)
* Products for brothers & boyfriends – (body & skin care
– aftershaves)
* Products for ‘Keep-fit’ people – (body care)
* Products for Grandmothers – (foot care/hair care).

2. Point out:
* The catalogue driver eg. spend £20 to get offer
* Product packs of make-up ranges allowing the Customer
to qualify for ‘Offers’
* Fragrances & scented products. It is well worth carrying the latest fragrance, buy them on demo for Customers to test on themselves
* New products in the catalogue.

3. Link selling eg. lipstick/liner/gloss/nails. Do the ‘Hand Test’
with cleanser, toner & moisturiser.

4. Who to show the catalogue to?
Use your contact list! Show the Catalogue to everyone you know and to those who don’t know about Oriflame.

5. Be enthusiastic, we’ve lots of great reasons to love
Oriflame. We have:
* Excellent products
* Low allergy risk
* Never tested on animals
* 100% Money Back Guarantee
* Economical to use
* Brilliant value for money

6. ‘No’ is not a personal rejection. It can mean ‘Not at the moment’ You could be told ‘Yes’ at your next attempt – if you handle it correctly.

7. Don’t pre-judge whether people want to see a catalogue or not. Let them make their own decision ‘show & share’ your catalogues with everyone.

8. If your new Consultant remarks that ‘Avon etc are very
popular in the area’, turn it into a positive: eg: “I know how you feel. I felt the same way but I found that people were glad to see an alternative. ‘Avon’ customers are used to buying from a
catalogue and they will probably look through it to compare.”. Remember to look good, have fun, make money
